Terms of Service
By submitting a commission request to me, as Commissioner (You) and Commissioneè (Me), we are both bound to the Terms of Service, so read carefully! If any major revisions are made to the Terms of Service after you agree to it, you will be notified via updates on my linked sites.Commissioner/Commissioneè CertificationsThe Commissioner certifies that:-You are 18+ years of age-You have permission to use any and all OCs (Original Characters) portrayed in the commission-Any and all characters that you are requesting in the commission are of mature age and intelligence for their species, are capable of consenting, and are fully capable of communicating that consent-Communication between us will be agreed upon and held in Discord, Bluesky, or E-Mail and will be kept impersonal and professional for business purposesThe Commissioneè certifies that:-While I will strive to finish your communication as soon as possible based on queue size (typically around one week per image), you are entitled to ask for one update per week if you are currently the next person being worked on in the queue-It is up to my sole discretion whether to accept the subject matter or character being commissioned, and I can deny a commission request on that or any other basis (you will be notified of the rejection by your preferred communication method)PaymentAll payment must be made upfront and full before work is to be started on the commission. Currently, I only take payment on Paypal. I will send an invoice to the Paypal address provided on the form, and the payment will be due before the due date listed on the invoice. I do not accept cryptocurrency as a form of payment.RefundsRefunds must be discussed privately with me beforehand, as I want to understand your situation and make sure we are both satisfied with the outcome! A partial or full refund based on the progress of the commission will be issued. Refunds will be issued if:-You have not received any communication from me or I have not started your commission after you have paid the Paypal invoice in a one month period or longer-I am unable to reach you on your preferred communication method for a month long period or longer-I feel that I cannot complete the work for any reason such as complexity/life events/etc.A refund may not be issued for any other reason unless privately discussed. You may not receive any refund if you have breached my Terms of Service. A Paypal charge-back constitutes as breaching my Terms of Service, and you will be blacklisted from future commissions/communications from me.Image Rights and DistributionAs the Commissioneè, I have rights to:-Post your commission online anywhere I wish (FA/Bluesky/etc.) unless previously discussed to keep the commission as private-Profit monetary off of your commission (with the prior permission of the Commissioner OR the owner of the OC; characters in common media will not require this permission)-Use your commission in future commission forms/updatesAs the Commissioner, you have rights to:-Post your commission online anywhere you wish with credit to me (FA: fat, Bluesky: cinnamonnem) if I consent to posting it publicly-Use your commission for personal use such as an avatar/background/badge/personal item/etc.As the commissioner, you will not:-Profit monetary off of your commission-Use your commission for any blockchain/NFT/crypto purposes-Post your commission on any public gallery/social media website if I request to keep it privateUpdatesI will update you on your communication method of choice sooner than once every week at the following stages:-When the pose/sketch has been completed-When the lineart has been completed-When the commission has been completedEach stage will require the commissioner's explicit approval before moving on to the next stage.Revision PolicyAny and all major revisions to your commission must be done at the sketch stage of your commission. Minor revisions may be done afterward, but a fee may apply depending on the complexity of the change.
